Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
